Most of the cost comes down to three things: the size of the space, the level of finish, and how much structural work the building needs. A light refresh of an existing office sits at the lower end. A full Category B fit-out with bespoke joinery and meeting suites costs more. We price every project after a site visit, so you get a real figure rather than a guess.
Most run between five and twelve weeks once the design is signed off, depending on the size of the space and how much building work is involved. A furniture-led refresh can be quicker. You get a programme with dates before anything starts, so you can plan around it.
